Refund Policy

At Rebecca Pomroy, I want you to feel confident when booking or purchasing. This refund policy explains what you can expect if plans change or something isn’t quite right.

1. Commissions & Custom Work

For commissioned artwork, illustration, murals, photography or other bespoke creative work:

  • All deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your booking and cover initial planning and creative time.

  • Once work has begun, refunds are not available, as custom work is created specifically for you.

  • If you cancel before work has started, any payments made beyond the deposit may be refunded at my discretion.

If I am unable to complete the work due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.

2. Workshops, Events & Classes

For workshops, talks or events:

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event may receive a full refund or credit.

  • Cancellations made to events are non-refundable, unless the space can be filled.

  • If I need to cancel or reschedule an event, you will be offered either:

    • A full refund, or

    • A transfer to a rescheduled date or future event.

3. Digital Products

For any digital products (such as downloads, online resources or files):

  • All sales are final.

  • Refunds are not available once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded.

4. Physical Products & Prints

If physical items (such as prints/original artworks) are sold through the website:

  • Refunds or exchanges are available for faulty or damaged items.

  • Please contact me within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • Return postage costs may apply unless the item is faulty.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis where required by UK consumer law.
