Refund Policy

At Rebecca Pomroy, I want you to feel confident when booking or purchasing. This refund policy explains what you can expect if plans change or something isn’t quite right.
1. Commissions & Custom Work
For commissioned artwork, illustration, murals, photography or other bespoke creative work:

All deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your booking and cover initial planning and creative time.

Once work has begun, refunds are not available, as custom work is created specifically for you.

If you cancel before work has started, any payments made beyond the deposit may be refunded at my discretion.
If I am unable to complete the work due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.
2. Workshops, Events & Classes
For workshops, talks or events:

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event may receive a full refund or credit.

Cancellations made to events are non-refundable, unless the space can be filled.

If I need to cancel or reschedule an event, you will be offered either:

A full refund, or
-
A transfer to a rescheduled date or future event.

3. Digital Products
For any digital products (such as downloads, online resources or files):

All sales are final.

Refunds are not available once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded.
4. Physical Products & Prints
If physical items (such as prints/original artworks) are sold through the website:

Refunds or exchanges are available for faulty or damaged items.
-
Please contact me within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Return postage costs may apply unless the item is faulty.
5. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis where required by UK consumer law.
