This shipping policy outlines how physical products ordered through Rebecca Pomroy are processed and delivered.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 7-14 working days.

  • As many items are made to order (such as prints), processing times may vary slightly. Original commissions such as paintings, timelines will be communicated via email.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within the UK.

  • International shipping may be available on request - please get in touch before ordering.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • UK Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays or peak periods.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or clearly stated on the product page.

  • Any customs duties or import taxes for international orders (if agreed) are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Tracking

  • Tracking information will be provided where available.

  • Not all delivery methods include tracking.

6. Damaged or Lost Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.

  • If an item is lost in transit, please get in touch and we’ll investigate with the courier.

7. Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.

  • We cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
